About Corte Dei Miracoli

Corte dei Miracoli is the contemporary culture centre at Via Roma 56 in Siena, set in the former San Niccolò psychiatric hospital and run by the Spazio Livi APS association. A social, educational and cultural space open to every kind of crossover, for years it has been the heart of Siena's independent scene and a reference point for students and young people in the city. Live music has its home in Sala Nera, the new space devoted to music events, with a programme ranging from indie and punk to alternative rock and electronica, from songwriters to jazz and folk, with emerging Tuscan bands, Italian artists and touring international guests. Alongside concerts there are DJ sets, theatre, workshops, after-school programmes and social projects. The historic setting of the former hospital and the participatory atmosphere make every gig unique. Corte dei Miracoli is a stronghold of contemporary culture in the heart of Siena.
