About Mirano Summer Festival

Mirano Summer Festival is a free summer festival that for over eighteen editions has filled the sports grounds at Via Matteotti 49 in Mirano, in the Venice hinterland, from late June to mid July. Run by volunteers and local associations, it has become one of the province's best-loved events, with weeks of concerts, food stands and activities for all ages. Its lineup is broad and popular: rock, pop, punk, indie, reggae, ska, songwriters and tribute nights, with emerging Veneto bands, acts from the Italian scene and well-known tribute bands such as I Vipers, devoted to Queen. Free entry, a food area, beer and a village fair atmosphere make the festival a meeting place for families, young people and fans. Its long run and varied lineup mean live music every night, in a welcoming, relaxed setting. A fixture of the Venetian musical summer.
