Magazzini Generali — Venue & Club | Milano, Italy

About Magazzini Generali

Magazzini Generali, located at Via Pietrasanta 16 near the former Porta Romana Railway Yard, is one of Milan's most iconic clubs and multifunctional spaces. Founded in the autumn of 1995 inside a 1930s former industrial warehouse linked to the State Railways, the venue spans roughly 1,000 square meters across two levels. It preserves a striking urban aesthetic featuring high ceilings and a signature long bar. Founded by Gian Carlo Soresina and managed since 2015 by Jimmy Mahboob, the space celebrated 30 years of activity in 2025. Thanks to a 100-square-meter stage, it offers an intimate live experience between the audience and the artists. Over the years, it has hosted major rock, pop, and electronic concerts with bands such as Franz Ferdinand and The Black Keys, as well as historic live broadcasts for Radio Due RAI (2001 to 2005). On weekends, the venue transforms into a nightclub featuring international DJs and popular themed parties./p>
