About Caracol

Caracol is an Arci club at Via Carlo Cattaneo 64 in Pisa, a contemporary people's house and university club, heir to the experience born on Via Battichiodi between 2008 and 2012. For years it has been one of the liveliest stages of Pisa's independent scene, a meeting point for students, musicians and activists in one of Italy's liveliest university towns. Its live programme is curious and cross-genre: indie, punk, post-rock, songwriters, folk, electronica, jazz and world music, with emerging Tuscan bands, names from the Italian independent circuit and touring international artists. Alongside concerts there are DJ sets, book launches, political talks, screenings and social initiatives, in the tradition of people's houses. The intimate room and participatory atmosphere create a direct bond between artists and audience. Caracol is a stronghold of culture and live music in the heart of Pisa. Entry with Arci card.
