Report a Problem in the App
Found an event with incorrect information, a fake profile or abusive content? Use the Report button directly inside the app — it is the fastest way to reach our moderation team and does not require leaving the platform.
Response Times
- Technical support: within 2 business days
- Privacy and GDPR requests: within 30 days, as required by law
- General inquiries: within 5 business days
GDPR Privacy Request
If you are an EU resident and wish to exercise your rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction or objection), send a request to privacy@bandintour.com with the following information:
- Your role on the platform: band / venue / promoter
- Your registered email address or alias so we can identify your account
- Type of request: one or more of the following:
- Data access — receive a copy of your personal data
- Data deletion — delete your account and all associated data
- Data rectification — correct inaccurate information
- Data portability — receive your data in machine-readable format
- Restriction or objection — limit how we process your data
- Details of your request — describe what you need as clearly as possible
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. EU residents may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
