Skaletta Rock Club is La Spezia's historic rock'n'roll club, active since 1994 at Via Francesco Crispi 168, and the long-time headquarters of The Manges, the legendary local punk rock band known worldwide. For thirty years it has been a landmark of the Italian punk and rock scene, a stage that has welcomed bands from the international circuit and leading names of the national underground. Its live programme ranges from punk rock and garage to rock'n'roll and power pop, from hardcore to indie, with emerging local bands, Italian groups and touring foreign acts. The venue also offers DJ sets, exhibitions, readings and performances, with an outdoor space for summer nights. The atmosphere is that of a genuine, no-frills club where live music is a shared passion. Skaletta is a must for anyone living punk rock in Liguria.
