Il Magazzino Parallelo, also known as Il Magaz, is a focal point for the underground and independent music scene in Cesena. Located at Via Genova 70, right in front of the Engineering Faculty, this ARCI cultural club offers an eclectic and curated live music program. Its stage is dedicated to niche alternative sounds, ranging from indie rock, post punk, lo fi, and shoegaze to garage and avant garde electronica. Operating strictly on an up to you donation entry system, the venue hosts release parties for cult labels like Tafuzzy Records, performances by standout scene bands such as Cabrera and Garda 1990, and events from the regional SUNER circuit. The intimate and self managed atmosphere makes every show a unique experience, where live performances seamlessly transition into vinyl only dj sets and themed nights, cementing the club as a true pillar of local counterculture.
