About Plastic Farm Animals
Plastic Farm Animals are an underground band from Reggio Calabria formed by longtime friends, family men and free thinkers: Domenico Sofia (bass), Gianni Cusumano (guitar), Paolo Verduci (drums) and Francesco Villari (vocals). Their style, described by the specialized press as "ugly, dirty and mean", moves fluidly between the jagged sounds of noise-rock, the destructive attitude of punk rock and the visceral influences of post-core. The band delivers a deliberately analog, raw and overwhelming sound dominated by abrasive guitars and saturated amplifiers.
