About Go Go Ponies
Go Go Ponies are an Italian "fit metal" band, combining fitness and thrash metal with raw energy and sweat. Their shows are themed costume performances, and songs include "Wod of Death (Fit Metal Tabata Workout)". The band openly supports girl power, gender equality and the LGBTQIA+ community.
