About Flamingo Records Store

Flamingo Records is an independent record shop in the heart of Genoa's old town, at Via Luccoli 17r, and also a punk record label that has supported the Italian alternative scene for years. Much more than a simple record store, it is a meeting point for musicians, collectors and fans, where new and second-hand vinyl, rare pressings and DIY releases tell the story of punk, garage, hardcore, rock'n'roll and independent music. The shop regularly hosts in-store events, acoustic showcases, record launches and small concerts, bringing live music among the shelves and into Genoa's narrow alleys. The Flamingo Records label releases punk and rock bands from the underground circuit and also organises nights and gigs in city venues. A stronghold of independent music culture, where the direct bond between those who play and those who listen is still at the heart of everything.
