If I Die Today are an Italian post-hardcore band from Northern Italy, formed in 2007.
Their musical style is rooted in hardcore punk with metal and rock'n'roll elements. They have released 4 albums (If I Die Today, 2007, Liars, 2010, Cursed, 2015, The Abyss In Silence, 2022) and two EPs. Cursed represents a major shift for the band itself, which, thanks to a reached musical maturity, is finally showing the true face of If I Die Today. The turning point towards darker and more aggressive sounds is confirmed in 2022 with "The Abyss In Silence". The strength of If I Die Today is undoubtedly their high-intensity, loud, and uncompromising live shows. The new album, "I Felt Nothing", released on June 19, 2026, was recorded and mixed by Dano Battocchio at Deepest Sea Studio.
If I Die Today have toured all over Europe and Russia, sharing the stage with many artists of the caliber of The Dillinger Escape Plan, Every Time I Die, While She Sleeps, Beartooth, Sum 41, Offspring, No Use for a Name, Simple Plan, Face to Face, Taking Back Sunday, Snapcase, H2O, Good Riddance, and Helmet.
