Now in its fourth edition, Arcanum Fest is organised by Mostro Production and Arcanum Tattoo and brings together Italian and international extreme metal bands. Headliner is the Scottish one-man band Hellripper, specialised in blackened speed metal; next up are the French act Mercyless, a historic death metal band currently on tour for an important anniversary.
